Email support
Send an email to support@sureconnect.app with a description of your issue. Include your account email and any relevant details (campaign name, call SID, error messages). We aim to respond within one business day.
What to include in a support request
- Your account email — So we can look up your account.
- What you were trying to do — The action or feature you were using.
- What happened — The error message, unexpected behavior, or result.
- Campaign or call details — Campaign name or call SID if relevant.
- Screenshots — If the issue is visual, a screenshot helps us diagnose faster.
