If you need help with SureConnect, there are several ways to reach our team.

Email support

Send an email to support@sureconnect.app with a description of your issue. Include your account email and any relevant details (campaign name, call SID, error messages). We aim to respond within one business day.

What to include in a support request

  • Your account email — So we can look up your account.
  • What you were trying to do — The action or feature you were using.
  • What happened — The error message, unexpected behavior, or result.
  • Campaign or call details — Campaign name or call SID if relevant.
  • Screenshots — If the issue is visual, a screenshot helps us diagnose faster.

Feature requests

Have an idea for a new feature? Include "Feature Request" in your email subject line when writing to support@sureconnect.app. We review all feature requests and prioritize based on customer demand.
