Manage Your Account

Your SureConnect account settings control your login credentials, profile information, and connected integrations.

Changing your password

1. Click your profile in the sidebar or navigate to account settings.
2. Enter your current password.
3. Enter and confirm your new password.
4. Click Save.

Updating your profile

You can update your name and email address from the account settings page. If you change your email, you will need to use the new email for future logins.

Managing integrations

All integrations (Twilio, GoHighLevel, Meta CAPI, ElevenLabs, Discord) are managed from the Settings page. You can connect, disconnect, and update credentials for each integration independently.

For agents

Agents can manage their own account settings from the agent dashboard under Settings. Available options include changing your password and updating your availability status.
