If you need to add many agents at once, SureConnect supports bulk agent creation via CSV file upload. This is faster than creating agents one by one.
CSV format
Your CSV file should have the following columns:

Steps

Prepare your CSV file
Create a CSV file with the columns listed above. The first row must be the header row.

Go to the Agents page
Click Agents in the left sidebar.

Click the bulk upload button
Click Upload CSV and select your file.

Review and confirm
SureConnect previews the agents to be created. Review the list for accuracy, then click Import.

Send invite links
After import, each agent receives a unique invite link. You can copy these links from the Agents page and distribute them to your team.
Duplicate email addresses will be skipped. Each agent must have a unique email address.
After bulk upload, remember to add the new agents to routing rules on your campaigns. Agents without routing rule assignments will not receive any calls.
