When you select the Sale disposition after a call, additional fields appear to capture the details of the closed deal. This data is used for tracking revenue, reporting, and syncing to your CRM.
Sale fields

| Carrier | The insurance carrier or company the policy was written with (e.g., "Mutual of Omaha", "Aetna"). |
| Monthly Premium | The monthly premium amount in dollars (e.g., $125.00). |
| Policy Number | The policy or application number assigned to the deal. |
| Split Agent | (Optional) If another agent shares credit for this sale, select them here. |
How to fill in sale fields
- After the call ends, select Sale as the disposition.
- The sale fields appear below the disposition selector.
- Fill in the carrier, monthly premium, and policy number.
- If applicable, select a split agent.
- Click Submit.
Where sale data appears
- Applications page — Your admin can view all submitted applications with carrier, premium, policy number, and agent details. See View Submitted Applications.
- GoHighLevel CRM — If the GHL integration is connected, sale data syncs to the contact's record automatically.
- Analytics — Premium amounts contribute to revenue metrics in the analytics dashboard.
Fill in the policy number even if you are waiting for final confirmation. You can update it later. Having the number on record makes reconciliation easier.
