Set Up Your Account

Register, log in, and configure your SureConnect account for the first time.

This article walks you through registering a SureConnect account, connecting your Twilio credentials, and verifying that everything is ready for your first campaign.

Before you start

  • A valid email address for your admin account.
  • A Twilio account — sign up here if you do not have one.
  • A credit card on file with Twilio (required to purchase phone numbers).

Steps

    Create your SureConnect account

    Go to the SureConnect registration page and enter your name, email, and password. Click Create Account.

    Log in to your dashboard

    After registration, you will be redirected to the admin dashboard. This is your command center for campaigns, agents, calls, and settings.

    Open Settings

    Click Settings in the left sidebar. This is where you connect all external integrations.

    Connect Twilio

    In the Twilio Integration section, enter your Account SID and Auth Token. You can find these on the Twilio Console dashboard. Click Connect.

    SureConnect will validate your credentials. If successful, the status will show Connected.

    Set up Voice SDK credentials (for the softphone)

    Still in Settings, enter your Twilio API Key and API Secret. Then click Auto-Setup Voice SDK. SureConnect will automatically create a TwiML App in your Twilio account and configure the webhook URLs.
