SureConnect is a pay-per-call platform for insurance publishers, agency owners, and call centers. It handles the entire call lifecycle — from the moment a prospect dials a tracking number to the moment an agent logs a disposition and the call syncs to your CRM.

How the call flow works

Here is a simplified view of what happens when a caller dials one of your tracking numbers:

  1. The caller dials a tracking number assigned to a campaign.
  2. SureConnect checks the Do Not Call list and verifies business hours.
  3. The caller goes through your configured Call Flow Type (Caller Menu, AI Voice Assistant, or Direct Connect).
  4. SureConnect matches the caller to the best available agent using your routing rules.
  5. The agent's browser softphone rings. The agent hears a whisper message with caller context before the call connects.
  6. The call is recorded and transcribed automatically.
  7. After the call, the agent logs a disposition (Sale, Appointment, No Sale, etc.).
  8. The call is scored, attributed to its source, and synced to your CRM.
