Campaign Reporting

View call volume, quality scores, revenue, and conversion rates per campaign.

The Analytics page provides detailed reporting across all your campaigns. Use it to compare campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize your call generation strategy.

How to access

Click Analytics in the left sidebar.

Available metrics

  • Total Calls — All inbound calls across campaigns.
  • Completed Calls — Calls that connected to an agent.
  • Billable Calls — Calls meeting minimum duration and quality thresholds.
  • Revenue — Total revenue from billable calls.
  • Average Duration — Mean call length across completed calls.
  • Quality Score — Average post-call scoring across all calls.
  • Conversion Rate — Percentage of calls resulting in a sale or appointment.

Report views

Campaign performance

Side-by-side comparison of campaigns showing call volume, quality score, revenue, and conversion rate. Use this to identify your best-performing campaigns.

Disposition breakdown

See the distribution of call outcomes (Sale, Appointment, Not Interested, etc.) across all campaigns or filtered to a specific campaign.

Geographic breakdown

Call volume and conversion rates broken down by caller state. Useful for identifying high-performing geographic markets.

Call Flow Type comparison

Compare performance between Native Caller Menu and AI Voice Assistant across campaigns to determine which qualification method works better for your traffic.

Date range filtering

All analytics support date range filtering. Select a custom range or use presets (Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month).
