The Live Ops Dashboard

Monitor active calls, agent status, and queue health in real time.

The Live Ops dashboard is your real-time command center. It shows what is happening across all your campaigns, agents, and call queues right now.

Dashboard sections

Summary metrics

Top-level stats for the selected date range:

  • Total Calls — All inbound calls received.
  • Paid Calls — Calls that met the minimum duration for billing.
  • Revenue — Total revenue from paid calls.
  • Submits — Calls with a Sale disposition.
  • Close Rate — Percentage of calls that resulted in a sale.
  • Avg AP/Deal — Average annual premium per closed deal.

Agent status strip

A real-time view of all agent statuses: how many are online, on a call, in wrap-up, or offline. This updates automatically every 15 seconds.

Agent performance table

Detailed breakdown per agent showing calls handled, conversion rate, revenue, and current status. Use this to identify top performers and agents who may need support.

Recent calls

A live feed of the most recent calls with caller number, campaign, agent, duration, and disposition. Click any call to expand details.

Date range filtering

Use the date range picker at the top of the dashboard to filter metrics by time period. The default view shows today's data.

Auto-refresh

The dashboard polls for fresh data every 15 seconds while the tab is visible. When you switch to another tab, polling pauses to save resources and resumes when you return.
